Hi I have only been one M.F.P for 2 wks now , I had a good 1st wk and reasonable 2nd ( 1.5 and 1/2 lb loses) but now I have come to a stop , well actually thats not true , I have gone back to my starting weight. How come my treadmill gives me a different reading of calories burned than the tracking system on here ? The treadmill gave nearly a 100 more. :noway:

Walking question
Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me , I have read recently that when walking ( I use a treadmill ) that it is just as effective to walk faster for 10 minutes 3x a day than to walk moderately for 60 minutes. Do any of you have any thoughts on this. I am looking to burn fat more than anything. Thanks :smile:
