Hi
My local Y.M.C.A is starting Zumba classes , I was wondering if anyone has done this and if so what are your thoughts on it.

    I just took my first class this week & it was a lot of fun. Pretty good calorie burner, great music. I think the instructor needs to be good for it, too. If they aren't having fun, you won't be having fun. I think you should go for it! You just might find a new exercise that you LOVE to do!

    I just recently tried it and liked it. It was something different, and although i couldn't do some of the steps I was in the back and made up some of my own. It was a pretty good class and it was nice to shake things up a bit.

    My gym has Zumba and I LOVE it! It's lots of fun and a great workout!
