I'm pretty new to MFP. I'm doing very well sticking to my calorie intake. My problem is that I'm always high on my fats and low on my proteins. I think I eat pretty lean meat (a lot of chicken and turkey) but it doesn't seem to be adding up properly. I eat egg whites almost every morning. Any suggestions?
