I keep reading about macros. Is it the little pie chart on your summary or is it a mathematical equation you do on your own each day? Has this formula been a good aide in your weightloss journey?

When you work hard and think you are doing what you should be doing or that what has worked in the past. How do you get over your disappointment and move on. How long before the scale stays the same do you change what you do?

Goal to lose weight or build muscle?
What is your personal goal. If it is weight loss do you amp up on cardio and not so much on the resistant training? Are you obssesed with the scale or what is in the mirror? If it is muscle when did that become your fixation? (at goal weight or straight from beginning?)

Proteins are much higher than carbs. Bad for weight loss?
New to forums. Not doing a low carb diet just tracking my food. I am noticing that the foods i eat have a higher protein content. Carbs are not low, fat content is good. Seems to be like a 30/50/20. Is this not a good thing. What carbs do you eat that you feel good about?
