Brown rice
Has anyone found the magic formula for brown rice in the IP (how long? how much water? how long for natural release?) I use Arborio rice for rice pudding and risotto in my IP without issue but haven't been very successful with brown, long grain rice. Thanks!

Whole Chicken
We did a small (1.4 kg) roasting chicken in our 6 quart yesterday. It took 20 mins with about 5 mins natural release. We found it cooked more evenly than in the oven and it was very juicy.
