130 lbs.... unrealistic???
I was told today by my best friend that because of my size I will NEVER be 130 and look healthy. I'm 5'7", and was told by my doctor that 130-135 is the best goal I could go for. 8 weeks in at gym & no weight loss...
I know the saying "slow and steady wins the race", but what am I doing wrong? I do 30 minutes cardio 3 days a week with doing 40 minutes of strength. the other two days (i only work out 5 days a week), I do 60 minutes cardio. Tracking 24 hr cals burned??
Just wondering what everyones thoughts are...... I got a Sync Burn watch and loving it so far!!! Now my question, should I log my daily cals burned including the rest cals or just log workout cals burned?? Never thought about it, but just wondering. Thanks!

Slim in 6 or 30 day shred??
I am trying to figure out which one I should do first. The slim in 6 or 30 day shred as I am just a beginner pretty much to exercise. I am trying to lose 100pounds and figured it shouldn't matter which one to start with, but as I am not good with keeping a workout routine going, maybe you guys could help me choose.

Gym vs. Working out at home
I have no idea if there was ever a topic about this, but which one would be better?? I mean gym equipment or workout videos?? Ugh, My birthday is in September and I need to lose 20 more pounds until then and I am stumped. I bike ride and walk though wouldn't those help?? I am just so flustered :(

20+ pounds lost and still going....
I know it's not a huge difference, but I can definitely feel the difference :) . Walking and biking sure is the best thing to do so far.... then I'll get into more active stuff, and I can not wait!!

After Workout Snacks!
Ok so currently I go to the gym at night, 9pm. I notice that sometimes after I need a little boost in my system. Would anyone be able to give me some ideas on what I could eat right after the gym, but obviously nothing too heavy.... I'm thinking an apple would be good, but what do you all think?
