Tracking 24 hr cals burned??

Just wondering what everyones thoughts are......

I got a Sync Burn watch and loving it so far!!! Now my question, should I log my daily cals burned including the rest cals or just log workout cals burned??
Never thought about it, but just wondering. Thanks!
