Ok so currently I go to the gym at night, 9pm. I notice that sometimes after I need a little boost in my system. Would anyone be able to give me some ideas on what I could eat right after the gym, but obviously nothing too heavy.... I'm thinking an apple would be good, but what do you all think?

Banana! It's my go to super food : )0

Baked potato is what my swimnastics instructor always recommends. It gives the added potassium as well. Top it off with some broccoli and cheese and its your meal as well.0

I LOVE working out late-night.
My faves:
Cucumber slices, GNC lo-carb protein shake, and bananas.0 -
Protein shake! I drink Full Fit Bar Vanilla Dream Shakes after my workouts, sometimes I'll add frozen fruit and blend it all together for a delicious protein rich snack. The shake is 120 calories I believe, with 3/4 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup strawberries it comes to about 175 calories0
