Day 27 done!!!!
Well today was my best day. Doing almost almost all of it unmodified now :D Another 3 inches off for me this week. 9 all in :D :D:D

Found it a little bit better today actually. Tink its cause I knew wot was coming so my form was better. Still SUCK at the knee up press ups things but ill get there :smile:

OMG, horrendous! HATE it! Cant do much of it unmodified and cant do the modified version of the pressups. they r insane!!!

Complete! My god that was TOUGH! What r they planks with the dumbells all about???! Jeezo! Struggled but did it.

Felt a lot better today. I have had such a sore hip and back all day but the workut completely loosened it up. loving this workout and looking forwar to level 2. running man is EVIL

Running NSV
Took part in yet another 10k race today, My first since Sept 2nd this year and I bet my PB by at least 7 mins and 42 secs. Ill get my exact time 2moro. I a SO proud of myself and was bubbling when I crossed the line. I crossed the line in 1 hour 17 secs. My aim was to eventually get an hour time and then I would practise…

My 30 day shred :D
Just finished the shred today. Managed to do it for 30 days in a row :D Measurements:-- Weight :- 4lbs loss Waist:- 2 inches Arms:- 1 1/2 inches all in Across belly button:- 2 1/2 Hips:- 2 inches Bum:- 1/2 inch Thighs:- 1 inch all in Calves:- 1 inch all in. Under bust - no change 10 1/2 inches lost altogether :D

I Got through todays workout really well. Sturggled with the same things i think i will always struggled but the things i feel good about were stepped up a notch again! One day of this level to go!

2 days of level 2 to go :) :):) Managed better today. Dont think ill EVER manage the plank where u pull both legs in at same time. my legs just arent strong enough and i can do the modified at top speed so feel im benefitting more from modified.

Whoop whoop!!!! I managed to do it all without modifying my moves. Im still not able to get all the way down on a pushup but im half way there now :D Well done to all of u who have gotten this far and looking forward to doing level 3 with u all x

Day 4 Level 2(day 14)
This level is getting NO easier for me. Do not feel I am getting stronger at all. I thought I was gonna throw up again today an Ive got the shakes now! I want this to be over now :(

Day 2 Level 2 (day 12)
OMG!!!! She just kicked my a** again. Im finding it sooooo hard. The planks r destorying me but I defo did better than yesterday and only had to take a 2 second breathing in last min of abs but added it on at the end!

Day 6 all done :) I found it not too bad at all today. I need to get myself heavier weights for the dumbell row and the chest ones. Finding them too easy now. How u all getting on?

I always weigh in on a Sat so I did it as normal this morning along with my meaurments and 6 days in to 30 DS shows a 3 1/2lb loss and 2 inches down :) :):) I am so happy and raring to go!

Start 30 day shred 2moro - nervous!
Measurements took and ready to start 30 day shred 2moro. Im going to get hubby to take pictures tonight and then ill be ready to go. Feeling so motivated to do it but so nervous at the same time. 30 days seems like such a long time lol. wish me luck :)

Starting weight - 195lbs Current weight - 155.5lbs today Goal weight - 140lbs Pics to follow :-p Getting there slowly but surely. I actually feel and and embarassed when I look at my starting picture and cannot believe I EVER let myself get to that size. It just happens so easily!
