My running goal for 2013!

I want to run 300 miles+ and take part in my first half marathon:smile:

Whats ur fitness goals for this year?

    I'm new to running so my goal is to run a 5k this year (preferably before summer). I'm also committing to do more yoga and strength training this year, particularly core strength to help my back.

    run my first half in June and compete in 13 races (including the half) this year. this will double my number of races from last year.
