    LOL YUP!

People play mental accounting games with calories just like with finances. Make steps to make sure you are making accurate measurements. Packaged foods can have MORE than they say but not less (they get in trouble if less so they would rather error with MORE).

But there are SOME: sugar free jello is almost no calories, and "miracle noodles" are zero calories. But the texture of miracle noodles is more than I can bare. I rinse them really good because the water they are stored in smells awful (the directions says to rinse them anyway), and I blend them in the blender with a cup of water and add them to sugar free jello. I only eat this on occasion and it's a good filler before a meal. It's fiber so if you are not used to fiber beware and don't over do this. LOL
You can also add some of this blended mixture (the water and blended noodles) to soups to make them more filling.

The batter that is left in the bowl/spatula

LOVE eating the batter from the bowl/spatula!!! I also test the cookie dough to make sure it tastes good and is alright for consumption! I'm doing a public service :)

When I was small I would have off chair upside down because I thought that was the only way to get food to your brain.
