Level 2 - knees
So today I am supposed to start level 2. My knee has been pretty sore and I just checked out whats in store at level 2 and Im thinking this could really suck. Seems like the modified version is more knee friendly though. Should I start it today or keep doing level 1 until my knee feels normal?

C25K tips?
Took a big leap off the machines and out of the gym and started c25k yesterday. I've never been a runner no matter how good of shape I was in. Tired alllll the time and my thyroid numbers were okay. after a lot of tests and talking this summer, doc is putting me on low dose levothyroxine anyway because "we treat the symptoms, not the number". Was running downstairs this morning for the coffee that makes itself at 6am and fell a bit and had to catch myself.
