How many carbs is low-carb?
Hi all! I would like to lower my carbs and adopt a "low-carb" diet, in order to help with my weight loss and (after much research) my PCOS symptoms. However, I'm not sure how many carbs constitute low-carb. I know it varies person-to-person, but any advice, percentages, numbers, etc. would be much appreciated! Thanks!
