Hello every one. I have been a member of myfitnesspal for 3 years. I had the fitbit one and it finally gave out. I recently bought a fitbit charge but cannot get it to update my activity to the myfinesspal. I have read everything I can and still cannot figure it out. Please help.

feeling let down
I am 8 weeks post op. I am struggling to get off this plateau. I have been stuck for about 3 weeks, fluctuating between 196 and 195. I saw my doctor last week and he said that I am not ready for a fill as I can go 4 hours with out being hungry. I am very frustrated. I have lost a total of 17 lbs which is pretty good but I…

I have been weighing my food and only eating when I am hungry, but I have not lost any weight since I have started eating the soft foods. I have actually gained 1 lb back. This is very depressing. Is this normal? I am sure the weight loss is slower once you start eating food but I am very unhappy about this.

Can we really eat too much protein? I notice I am over on protein every day lately. Is that bad? I am still under on calories.
