Hey everyone, the subject says it all. I want to know how YOU started eating cleaner in your life- the motivation behind it, if you weaned off of junk food, or just gave it up all together, and what you do now to keep eating clean everyday!

I haven't run or exercised in about a month. I hate when this happens because I feel like I lost everything I had been working towards! And with the holidays/ finals week I know I haven't even been eating that great to compensate for lack of exercise :/ Just have to look at the bigger picture... what is that again? Oh…

How do you like your salads?
Hey everyone, I just wanted to hear some new/different salad ideas! I usually like to take whatever leaf of lettuce that I have on hand and add fruit. A little bit of poppy-seed dressing, with a nectarine and some nuts or seeds is what makes a tasty salad to me! What do you guys think?
