to gym or not to gym
I reached my weight loss goal two years ago and have slowly gained about 7 pounds back. I also haven't been working out very much so I am sure most of the damage is in the measurements. I have a really hard time getting motivated to work out at home. I would love your thoughts on gym memberships... specifically Gold's Gym.…

Anyone try a stretch mark cream that works?
I have older (got in my teens) stretch marks on my hips that I absolutly hate. They are silver and pretty faded but they still bother me. I finally have the body I want, but now I am worried about showing these stretch marks. Anyone have any advise. What to buy what not to buy. THANK YOU.

I absolutly love MFP. I'm losing weight and staying active. The only problem is that I only have about 2 friends that make comments on my logging. They really motivate me and keep me going. starting the 30 day Shred with Jillian Michaels

What works for you?
I need some motivation!! I have been doing a great job keeping track of what I eat and staying below my goal. However, I am not doing a great job about exercising. I have a little stair stepper with resistance bands. I like using it sometimes but I need something new. Does anyone have any video suggestions? I want to work…
