What works for you?

I need some motivation!! I have been doing a great job keeping track of what I eat and staying below my goal. However, I am not doing a great job about exercising. I have a little stair stepper with resistance bands. I like using it sometimes but I need something new. Does anyone have any video suggestions? I want to work out at home. I like a cardio workout that will get my sweating but not make me feel like I am going to pass out. I would love to hear your thoughts!
