What's my activity level???
I'm a little confused about what I should be putting for my activity level...sedentary or lightly active... I work 2.5 days a week at a bank, and the rest of the week, I am a at stay home mom for my 18 month old daughter. Does anybody have any idea or in the same situation? Thanks!

Question about 30DS and Ripped in 30
I have both 30DS and Ripped in 30, but am a little hesitant to start using them. Everything I have read about strength training says to take a day off in between, but Jillian says to do it every day in these videos. Does anyone know her reason for telling us to do the videos everyday instead of every other day? Thanks!!

What to eat before morning exercise?
I work out in the morning as soon as I get up at 6:30 and only have 1 hour. So I never usually have anything, and if I do...it's half a yogurt or a half a bran muffin. Is it bad not to eat anything? Any suggestions?
