Ok everyone so my fitness pal is asking me to eat anywhere from 120 to 190 grams of protein a day depending on my activity that day. Does anyone else think that's excessive or is that normal? I'm having a hard time eating all my protein and staying under my calories.

too many calories to consume
Ok so I've been on mfp for about a month now and almost everyday i come in under my calorie goal do i really need to eat all those calories I'm not hungry and it feels wrong lol. today I've only got one more meal to go and more than a thousand calories to eat still in order to meet my goal.
