I think adding in your exercise is only for those who do not have a tracker or whos tracker does not sync with myfitnesspal. By adding it in myfitness pal and syncing with your fitbit you're doubling it up.

Thank you soo much guys I'm definitely getting the picture that garmin is the way to go. Im assuming its tracking is gps based does it still do ok for tracking on the treadmill?

Sometimes if i start the day off with something bad for me like a donut i figure the day is already blown so i will purposefully seek out every bad for me food that i crave and eat them all in that one day it turns into an expensive all day super binge

mine is spaghetti you can usually get whole grain noodles for about $1.50 and jar of sauce for $2.00 thats at least three meals for $3.50 and some sauces have a full serving of vegetables in them lol

I do allow myself a semi healthy sweet everyday like a small piece of dark chocolate, a vita top, or kashi cookie but after a while i kinda stopped craving it i still have them sometimes but not as much as i used too because i don't crave it as often

I don't log my binges just because i have no idea how. I consume too much during a binge to keep track and i don't log my vitamins, coffee, or tea since i honestly didn't know they had calories or anything in them that i needed to log so i guess i better start doing that now lol

I had my first zumba class on Thursday and every girl in the class was smaller than me and way more in sync. Even the women 70 years and plus were kicking my butt (no offense intended i'm hoping to be able to kick butt at 70). I've lost only 9lbs and feel like i've plateued already i feel like the scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks and I'm not going to give up but it is discouraging and frustrating.

At my first it was hard for me to make my calorie goal especially after i exercised but some folks looked at my food diary it turned out i was eating healthy but too healthy cus most of my food was low calorie they said to try and fit in some nuts or avocados, peanut butter, full fat cheese stuff that has lots of nutrients…
