I went out for a walk and wore my fitbit and also my HRM just to compare. According to fitbit I burnt about 290 calories and according to my HRM I burnt 460. I know to go with the lower number but when I add my exercise to myfitnesspal it adds to my fitbit under track your exercise then adjusts the overall calorie burn even tho it all ready counted it.... so am I not supposed to add my exercise to myfitnesspal? Oiy confusion

I think adding in your exercise is only for those who do not have a tracker or whos tracker does not sync with myfitnesspal. By adding it in myfitness pal and syncing with your fitbit you're doubling it up.
