Started gaining weight PP... Accountability

Day 17
First time on a weekend! One kid emptied a whole Kleenex box during the workout. Good job on the 5lbs weights. In level 1 I mixed up 5/8 lbs but on level2 I use 5 lbs except on the chair squats/v flys where I use 3 lbs.

Day 15
Done. My weight is still unchanged but my waist is smaller. I am trying to focus on sticking with it to see the change that should eventually happen versus giving up and eating junk.

Done. It is getting easier but I'm still dripping sweat by the end and so happy when the plank twists are over.

Done Level 2 day1. Last week I had been doing an extra 20 minutes of something (depending on my time) but today I could have but I was done at the end of this.

done today. I'm not sure what I'll get done on the weekend but I'm starting level 2 on Monday.

Suit question?
My husband is changing from a job where it was business casual to a suit and tie. If you need to wear a suit everyday, how many do you need? How often do you get them dry cleaned?

Using FSA to buy exercise equipment
Has anyone done this? Is it a hassle or straight forward. it says medically necessary. What does that mean? Does high cholesterol or depression count ? My husband is not overweight but does little exercise. He is seeing the doctor tomorrow and is going to ask but I want to know if it is realistic.

increasing protein without bars or powder?
I'm trying to up my protein but am struggling. I would prefer not to use bars or protein powder. With planning, I can get to 110g. I now have soy nuts, jerky and Greek yogurt in my snack options. on my exercise days if I want 30% protein I need over 150g. is the only way to get that high bars and powder?
