@deepwoodslady Thanks for the support. I've just had my ovaries removed and was surprised to be starting with osteopenia. I want to out a good effort into the weight management. If I gain weight taking this, I want it to be because I'm putting effort in to be healthy and not because I'm eating a batch of cookies!
