40lbs... 15weeks!!!
Today I reached 40 lbs lost!!! I have never lost this much weight before, I feel so successful!! This change has done so much for my family and the people around me!! Can't wait to add on to my workouts and continue making this my way of life!!

I've lost 32 lbs so far but... I'm still fat! :/
I started at 347 so I have definitely made a great progress considering I started Jan 12th! There are times when I'm feeling great and then I'll walk by a window or go to the bathroom and see my reflection and I think... Why?? I'm still fat! :( How do I get passed this feeling???

So... do I need to eat my calories earned???
If I workout I earn calories but, do I need to eat them all?? Do I just leave them as earned calories?? Will eating or not eating them affect my wieght loss?? Thank you!! :)
