Every other day or every third day. I update my MFP weight once a week. I just have a love/hate relationship with the scale. But it's not too bad - I have lost 5 lbs this week!0

I weigh myself every morning when I first get up.0

I can't stop weighing myself! lol
I've been trying for just once a week0 -
Every Friday before I have my lunch...I make sure everything's clear first (always pee first) lol...Tomorrow I'm gonna weigh in again.0

I do it every day or every other. which isnt good because it fluactuates quite a bit like that. For example one day I weighed in AM at 199 and at the end of the night I was 204 then the next morning I was 199 again. :huh:0

normally daily, every morning. I have been trying to stay off the scale and only weigh in 2X a month.0
-
Every monday morning (right after bathroom visit, LOL).0
-
Every Friday morning.0

I do an "official" weigh in on Tuesday's- which I record here on MFP, But I weigh myself often just to see how much fluctuation I have in between. Also, it's best to weigh in the am before you eat anything!0
-
Every couple of days right after I drop the kids off and before I eat.0
-
Mornings, typically on Monday's or mid week. Only step on it once a week at most.0

I weigh every morning. I find it helps me keep on track.0

Every Friday morning! Before anything goes in the tummy.0

I can't stop weighing myself! lol
I've been trying for just once a week
So... I finally listened to my hubby and a bunch of people on MFP. I now weigh myself in once a week, Friday mornings.
And guess what, the scale consistently goes down now. Week after week. Love it!0 -
Once a month, only because women's weight fluctuates TOO DARN MUCH! lol so i do it once a month to remain sane! lol0

Every Sunday morning, after my monring pee but before everything else. To me, first thing in the mornings are best because you have sweated out a lot of the water overnight, so it "feels" more consistent. Any other time has too many variables with respect to what I've eaten, drank, any bowel movements, etc. I do Sundays because it was the only day where I have managed not to forget.0

Every Sunday morning is my official weigh-in, but sometimes I have random scale addicitions which lead me to weigh myself every day I currently haven't weighed myself since Tuesday, YAY!0
-
I personally weigh myself daily. I always have, because I tend to gain when I don't. That said I officially record once a week after...waking up and going to the loo.0
-
I weigh myself every Friday morning after I use the bathroom and before I eat or drink anything, I also do it naked plus I do measurements once a month.0
-
At least three times a day, everyday.0

I am going to weigh myself every week, on a Friday morning before breakfast. Your weight fluctuates daily naturally so getting weighed every day won't give a true picture (or thats what I've been told).0

Thursday morning only - once a week works best for me0
-
I officially weigh in every Friday morning before I eat breakfast and after I've done my business.
I generally weigh myself everyday just to see what is going on. It's interesting to me, but it doesn't really get me down. At this point, I know how my body operates. I know I'll have some up days and some down days depending on my eating, and I'm cool with it NOW. When I first started, I used to freak out. LOL0 -
most of the time i weigh once a week.0
-
Every morning when I wake up. Then, if I had a good day the day before and I lost weight, it gives me motivation. If I had a bad day the day before and I gained weight, I know I need to step it up!0
-
That's why I had to ask... If I weigh myself daily I have a mental breakdown!! lol
I decided once a week on Friday0 -
On Thursday morning so I can see how I'm doing for the week, and on Monday morning to see how I did over the weekend.0
