My BMR is 1680 but my allowed calorie intake is 1270. Since you aren't suppose to eat under your BMR what do I do?

I feel bad
Today was my Nana's birthday. We went out to a restaurant and had cake after. I have no idea the amount of calories. I'm sure I went over. I was waiting till Sunday (Super Bowl) to be my free day. Now what? I feel like I just screwed up all my work.

I work at a store so I'm constantly moving/walking around. I'm not sure if I should include this in my exercise log or not? If so what speed? Should I record it for my whole shift or just part of it? Thank you!
