I'm hoping someone can give me some good food tips. I want to know what others eat? I don't just want to lose weight, I want to be healthy. What are some good meals ideas especially for dinner? Any advice about anything including fitness, please give me. I need it all.

I think most people here could write a book on that and they would all be different. Why don't you read the recipe forum and look at the food diaries of some who have good losses. I eat a variety of things but a few of my regular meals are as follows:
Breakfast: eggs scrambled with mushrooms, spinach and LF cheese; or oatmeal topped with 3 oz Carb Master yogurt and blueberries.
Lunch: low sugar, LF soup or open face sandwhich on ww bread; or salad with some protein in it.
Dinner: Crock pot stew or pot roast with lots of veggies; big salad with meat or seafood in it; eggs prepared same as breakfast above; taco salad using ground turkey.
Those are just a few of my favorites and keep in mind I follow South Beach.0
