Today was my Nana's birthday. We went out to a restaurant and had cake after. I have no idea the amount of calories. I'm sure I went over. I was waiting till Sunday (Super Bowl) to be my free day. Now what?
I feel like I just screwed up all my work.

I'd go into the database and find some kind of cake similar ot what you ate and log it. Check your stats. You may not be over as bad as you thought.

I had some chocolate chip cookie my daughter had, two pieces of one of those HUGE pizza size cookies. I couldnt' find any nutiritionals around so I logged "2 chocolate chip cookies" If found in the database. Something close is better than logging nothing. Maybe take it easy the rest of the week and have your superbowl fun then get back on track hardcore.

A day or two here or there isn't going to kill your effort, but don't let the day or two here and there turn into to everyday.
  • Don't beat yourself over it. Seems like your cheat day was today. Tomorrow will be a new day, don't give up just because you messed up today. As far as superbowl celebration, make sure you have plenty of fresh veggies and fruit. Good luck

Don't get discouraged! It happens :) Don't let this stop you from having a good time on the Superbowl! This should motivate you to do your best the rest of the week, and again after you've had your fun on Sunday. You got this :)

At most you screwed up one day and one day only. Put it behind you and move on
