I just realised I won. SORRY! I didn't notice!! I'm going with a repeat. Walking! get your shoes on and lets do some walking! whether it's on the treadmill, walking the dogs, or just a trip around the park. Lets count how much we walk in minutes since I don't think everyone keeps track of steps. G'luck folks!

Okay... confused about the whole 'starvation mode' thing.
So, On the main boards there is a big back and forth about calorie deficit. but one of the things mentioned is that if you're obese/have more than X number of pounds to lose you can have a large deficit without an issue. Sorry. sorry. I really am not good at this sort of thing. So how about something done before but always important! SODIUM INTAKE! Same idea as last week... just keep under your sodium and biggest number under at the end of the week wins. if you go over you get a zero for that day!

What doesn't have salt?
I am running into the problem of sodium overload. I never realised how much salt is in basically EVERYTHING. I already don't cook with salt (never have!!). But wow, can I not catch a break with it.
