Daily defict too high on CTL?
All, I have noticed that with CTL you dont eat your exercise calories back. The issue with this is I end up with too little calories for my body each day. e.g. I need 2140 to maintain my weight so on a HC Day I eat 1640 (2140 - 500). Now I go and exercise for 30 mins and burn 300 calories. I am now down to 1340. As a male…

Hi All, I am in the luckly position of having alot of free time so I could exercise a lot. Currently I am doing the a shapers each day Mon-Fri and around 20/30 mins cardio each day Mon-Fri.
