Blueberry Grunt (kind of like a cobbler dumpling thing...)

do calories "roll over"?
I usually have between 50-150 calories left uneaten at the end of the day. Does that make it ok to be a couple hundred calories over once or twice a week? In theory, it averages out, right?

Thin Crust Pizza
I thought that because the crust was thinner the pizza would have less calories...but I got home and (at Papa John's anyway) thin crust pizza has just as many, or MORE calories than original crust pizza! So I basically ate about 1050 calories for lunch...great...

is it possible to drink too much tea?
Is six or seven cups of tea in one day too many? I don't think its really possible to drink too much tea, I mean its just water. It just feels kind of ridiculous.

I'm finding ranges from 150 to over 300 calories when i search for a whole medium sized avocado in the database. Anyone know the true calorie count? thanks!

sugar!
I find that if i eat like two pieces of fruit, I've surpassed my sugar limit! I have a real sweet tooth though, and sometimes foods that aren't even "treats" have a little sugar. How are you guys keeping your sugars down?
