Getting on the scales everyday .
One thing i have changed since mfp is weighing myself everyday and if I'm honest sometimes more than once think it's really going to help ,sometimes it's best to go on how you feel !! I have also bin having personal training and in four weeks only lost 2lbs but I have lost 5% of my body fat !!

It's so hard at the weekend !!
I find I'm doing really well all week untill I get to the weekend and as soon as I relax I want to eat , I then spend mon /tues trying so hard to be as good as poss , I just want to get out of this habit and be able to enjoy the weekend without feeling so guilty !!

Cheat meal ?
Found out today that I have lost 5% of my body fat I want to treat myself , if I have a cheat meal how many cals can I allow myself to go up by I'm on 1590 at the min just worried as don't want to put on weight next week help !!

Got a wedding dress to get in to!!!

its my second week and i got on the scales this morning and i stayed the same i have tracked everything,one thing im unsure of is the extra cals you get for exercise do i have them or stick to 1590 cal which was set up for me to loss a pound a week .
