I wouldn't do a cheat meal to congratulate yourself, try something like a pedicure, massage, new blouse etc........this is why most of us are here, we use food!

    Way to go!!!

I would recommend something other than a "cheat meal" though. Why not a mani/pedi, a new workout top, or a walk with a friend you haven't seen in a while?

I have a cheat meal once a week and I have lost 35 lbs and 5+% body fat since January. Enjoy yourself and it won't destroy your week in terms of weight loss if you do it once.

My reward is in 2 weeks in Vegas, my $300 Kobe steak is waiting for me lol

Thanks everyone that great I didn't go mad but logged it all and went over by about 400 cals !! It could have bin worse im really glad I logged it as that when I went wrong last time . I'm going to the gym bright and early to do a spinning class that should make up for it :)
  • BTW, whats a papadum?

papadum is a crispy flatbread (more like a cracker) cooked in a wood oven / tandoori.

and ditto to using a non-food reward! now if only i followed my own advice...
