Getting on the scales everyday .

One thing i have changed since mfp is weighing myself everyday and if I'm honest sometimes more than once think it's really going to help ,sometimes it's best to go on how you feel !! I have also bin having personal training and in four weeks only lost 2lbs but I have lost 5% of my body fat !!

thats great!! I actually have a problem with getting obsessed with weigh myself and my whole day would wrap around my results. So my dietician challenged me to only weigh in once a week and only with her there. At first it was hard but now i look at other successes and not just the scale. 5% body fat is something to be proud of!!! Congrats!!0
