Road Block
I've hit a road block. I've lost 14 pounds in just under two months. I started out eating 1200 calories but I felt a little weak so I bumped it up to1300. Confused About Calories
So I see that lots of people don't think 1200 calories is enough. That's what MFP said I should be eating a day? Is that not enough? When I exercise I do eat back most if not all the calories. I sit at a desk all day. I'm a little confused.

Can you tell me what this means: Goal = 1200 Food = 577 Exercise = -0 = Net 577 I have no idea what Net 577 means? I've been on the site for just about a month and I can't figure it out!
