Road Block

I've hit a road block. I've lost 14 pounds in just under two months. I started out eating 1200 calories but I felt a little weak so I bumped it up to1300. I have been walking with my dogs and also doing some light weight training. I used to run before I had my son three years ago but I have Achilles tendonosis pretty bad and everytime I think I'm good and try to start running again (which I love) I just can't. I thought I'd throw in some elliptical because my legs and Achilles tendons were feeling good. Nope, I'm hobbling around again. I warm up, stretch my legs for a long time and then exercise. When I'm done I cool down and stretch again but I am still in pain. My calf muscles are so tense they are like rocks. I don't know what to do.
Having a bad night I guess. Hoping it will be better tomorrow.
