I had a co-worker tell me that I was "looking skinny" and another (male) co-worker said "yeah, too skinny." So I'm glad that the first one noticed but I'm not sure why the male co-worker (he's older and doesn't care what others think or what others think is beautiful) would say I'm too skinny.

I've lost 15 pounds and 10 inches - I am 5' 1" and now weigh 149 pounds. I am only halfway to my goal but it's not set in stone. If I tighten up etc before I get to 130 then I'll stop. My question is how can I be "too skinny" when 130 is the top of my BMI to be within normal weight? Weird.

Sometimes people say that because they think that's is a compliment. I wouldn't worry about it.

Some people say that because they're used to seeing you a certain size or they are used to seeing women more plump :)

    Congrats!

Some people say that just because they've taken notice that you've lost a good amount of weight. It's almost like a compliment, if you will? Other time's people say it because you're loosing weight, but not toning up...there's a difference.

    Congrats on your weight loss!
