Wow, you have done a fantastic job!

Thanks! I did use the search but unless you know exactly what to search for you have to weed through a ton of stuff. Thanks for the help!

Great job!

I've "started" running three times. The first time I started out fairly slow and ran for years. Then I had an injury and quit for awhile. When I started again I tried to go right back to where I had been before and really made a mess of my Achilles tendons and legs and am still dealing with these issues today. So my best…

I'm hoping this is sarcasm? Because you look great!

You look fabulous! And I LOVE all the comparison pictures!

This is a great way to get your point across!

Oh these are really good!!! And so true.

I agree that he needs to quit talking about all these "miracle" supplements and push healthy eating and exercise. He knows his stuff in lots of other areas but I think it's another case of doing what it takes to get ratings. People don't want to hear that you have to eat better, eat less, and exercise. They want to hear…

I am on week three this week. I did week two twice. I should note, however, that this is my third time "running". I didn't do it right the other two times (starting out I mean) and have been plagued with injuries so I'm going slow this time. I used to run 7 kms five days a week but I pushed myself too fast. I really enjoy…

Wonderful! Great job!!

I almost didn't see you behind that sundae! Great job! I agree with the others in that you look younger now and look more like you are in your 20s! Keep up the fabulous work!

Wow, you obviously have been working very hard. You look fabulous!

I have been doing the C25K as well. I find if I don't eat healthy (not enough fruit and veggies etc) that I drag my butt. I always drink tons of water, but I am sure that lack of water could be a contributing factor. Good luck!

I got my run in last night. Still easing myself back in slowly.

How can I add my ticker to my profile? If it's not possible how do I update my ticker on ticker factory? Maybe because I did it at work (shhh...don't tell!) it won't let me just update from home? Please help! I'd really like to participate in this!

I'll give this a try. I'm slowly working my way back up from an injury so while I will push myself to get the minutes in I have to take injury preventation into account: Week # 1 -- July 30th -- Goal 180 minutes: Mon: 30 minutes Tue: Wed: Thur: Fri: Sat: Sun: Total / min left: 150 / 180

THis is my third time getting back into running. The other two times I pushed myself too fast and I think that is why I have been plagued with injuries. This time I am doing the Couch to 5k and I'm on the third week and so far so good. Good luck!
