Here I am down 95 pds from my highest known weight. Started at 330pds and currently at 235pds. I wanna get down to 163pds. Ate right threw in some exercise thats about it! Good luck to everyone who is on this journey! Oh I am 5'8

Sorry for poor quailty of pic but here I am around 330pss Here I am today I was down 138pds lost maintained 125pds lost for 5 years and then had another baby. So I went back up. I got to keep reminding myself I am far from 330pds and will get back to were I was before I know it!

Hello My name is Sunshine. Back in March of 05 I decided enough was enough and lost 138pds all by myself! I kept that weight off until May of 09 when I became pregnant with my 4th child!
