Is it true the body can only digest 30 grams of protein at once or is this a myth? And if true how long does it take to digest before the next lot of protein can be consumed?
Can anyone answer this question? Why is it that some people can eat whatever they want and never put on weight, whilst others even look at a chocolate bar and put on weight? Is it all down to genetics? Metabolism?
