My FITBIT Ultra is Here!! Yippee
I think I have it set up properly at fitbit.com, now to do it on MFP. Any advice, tips or comments are greatly appreciated. I'm excited to get it charged and start using it.

I'm soooo excited.... I know strange. But I keep reading about them and most people really seem to love theirs. Any helpful tips and ideas? What should I be careful about? I can't wait until it gets here.

FITBIT Question?
I am planning on purchasing one, I keep hearing how they encourage everyone to stay active. My question is : If you go away with no internet how long will it track? Do you have to sync it with your computer regularly or can it store days and then sync? Thanks for your help

Can I cook different beans together?
Does anyone cook there dried beans together with other types of beans? I have always done them seperate but I have been using them more lately. I found a recipe yesterday with 3 types and thought if it worked I could just put them all in the crock pot together. Any thoughts?

I have just figured out my BMR and TDEE and am upping my calories instead of eating the 1200 MFP Recommended. I have been doing alot of reading and keep coming across the percentages. I don't understand how to figure this out. Can someone help with that?

I'm excited because 1 week ago I upped my calories from 1200 to 1460, and I lost 2 pounds this week. My question is if I upped it enough. I upped my calories 1 week ago.....
And have lost 2 pounds. I feel better, more energy. Less like I'm on a diet, I can eat what I want I just log it. I really am happy and I hope it keeps up. I know others have done this and I would love to hear your failures and success with it.

When I first input the information on here it told me to eat 1200 calories a day. Thats to lose 1-2 lbs a week.
