Crackers???

Looking for a healthy cracker idea that will work good with dip. Any ideas?

    well...i don't know how much you're going to like it, but here goes....

    I like to take whole grain pita bread -with at least 4g of fiber (and preferably around 7g of protein) very (very) lightly brush with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and toast it
    as for dip, I really like a middle eastern dish (called mast-o-khiar in case you want to google) made with greek yogurt ( I like fage total 0) with freshly squeezed lime juice, mint, garlic salt, dill, a little bit of celery seed and diced cucumber.
    mix all ingredients together in the yogurt and dip the pita bread.
    it gives me a good protein boost; I usually eat this for my dinner though, not really as a snack.

    I'm lover of the WASA whole grain crackers. I love 'em with everything and by themselves.

    I had decided to skip the crackers. LOL I tried a really yummy dip at work and was going to buy it. 60 cal for 2 TBSP but the crackers I looked at were not so healthy looking.

    I love the idea of making my own. These sounds good, both recipes. Thank You!
