I don't eat well when I travel. I will be with a group of people and eating in restaurants etc. I need your ideas and tricks to eat healthier. I don't want to go backwards again. Any ideas???

Definitely don't ever let yourself get too hungry. If you can, bring bars, fruit, any veggies you like (baby carrots and snap peas are amazing for that!) and other low cal snacks with you. It is so much easier to eat out when you're not starving by the time order.
If you can, look up restaurant menus before you guys go out. Most chains have nutrition information online, you can control your calories that way. In terms of eating out, try to avoid anything with too much sauce (so many hidden calories.)
If you do order something more caloric, only eat a small portion of it! It's not always what you eat, but how much of it you eat. If you aren't too hungry when you go out, this won't be difficult to do. Good luck, keep up your great work and I'm sure you'll do amazingly well!!0 -
I will have to pack some snacks, fruit veggies and hard boiled eggs. If I'm not starving it might be easier to make better choices.0
