I have been using a 10 week program to train for a half marathon which is not until May next year. I can now run the 21.1km's required. My question is - How do I maintain my ability to do this for the next 6 months? What kind of distances and how often should I be running per week in order to do this? Thanks in advance :)
I need a bit of help please.........I am making a lamb roast dinner tonight and don't know how to log the roast lamb in my food diary. The packet has no nutritional information on it for me 'add a new food' to the database. Does anybody know of something similar I could log it as or search in the database? Thankyou :)

I run 12km around 4 times a week. I don't take water with me as it is just too bulky to run with. I am after suggestions on rehydration drinks, apart from hydralite, to either drink before or after I run. I am from Australia so would appreciate suggestions on products I could purchase here.
