Kettle bells and calories??
I have been working out w/ a 7 lb. kettle bell and a 25 min. workout dvd. When I log in my exercise, there is nothing for kettle bells. The closest thing I can find is aerobic exercise, but it only says 176 calories...I really feel like I may be burning more then that! I am sweating tons at the end of 25 minutes. Any…

I have found that no matter how much I weighed in my 20's I always had a flat stomach. Not so much in my 30's. I seem to carry a lot of my weight around the middle. Does anyone have any good ab exercises that they can share?

not enough protein
Hi! This is my second time trying my fitness pal. I find that I am not allowed enough protein. I have always heard that protein is better then carbs, but I seem to go over my protein counts so quickly?? Any suggestions?? BTW...Looking for friends and motivators.
