How do you track your intake when you to green smoothies?
I've been doing green smoothies for quite a while but I'm new to this site. When you list what you eat do you just put in all of the ingredients individually in the food diary? Started losing in May but new to keeping track.
yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm down 79lbs so far and it's starting to get more difficult to lose. I don't really have time to increase the amount of physical activity i do. i figured it couldn't hurt to keep better track of exactly what i'm eating and what i'm doing for exercise.
