Assuming you are saying that you are unhappy with where some of the "fat" is melting. I'm sorry to tell you but you can't control where you lose the fat. Your body is in charge of that. It is very common to lose it in the places that you'd prefer not to.

Pre work out coffee is a very common thing. I almost always drink coffee first. hydration with a kick.

Water is a diuretic so I guess drinking water is counter productive to hydration goals as well.

Some folks are being kind of harsh. I'm sorry. There is a lot of good advice in this thread but also a lot of opinion. Juice, coffee, tea and water only isn't a great idea. Your body needs fuel.
