When people that set up fans to blow on them while they exercise (cardio like treadmill) but it also blows on me and then they start trying to sneak farts out. Mostly it just bothers me because I know the people further down might think it's me. It's not. I hold them in.

Wrestled many years ago. Training was nuts. Basically the break was school. We trained before school, after school and sometimes during school. It was all year with high school, freestyle and greco.

To reiterate. Keep going and it wouldn't hurt at all to add some lifting in there somewhere. More food probably wouldn't hurt either. The small bit of flab that is left around my mid section bothers me more now than when I was over 300. It keeps shrinking though. Yours will too.

I'll give you an example. Today so far I've had 16 oz. of brocolli, 2 cups of raw spinach, 2 cups of "spring mix", 16 oz of blue berries, one banana, 1 apple, 1 pear & It's only 8:50 A.M. I will have more veggies w/dinner and more fruit as snacks during the day.

cool! I originally posted this back in May. I was already lifting alone then & i've been lifting solo now for the last 6 months somewhat inconsistently but I'm totally gonna try this. Looks like a solid routine.

the "diet" soda isn't responsible for your "gain" I drink in excess of 12lbs of water a day. My weight fluctuates a similar (to 12 not 3) amount each day. It's not fat gain

I think I experience the same thing but it is actually usually the day after that i'm crazy hungry which is technically on cardio days...but when I'm not lifting it doesn't seem to happen.
