Started losing in May but new to keeping track.

yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm down 79lbs so far and it's starting to get more difficult to lose. I don't really have time to increase the amount of physical activity i do. i figured it couldn't hurt to keep better track of exactly what i'm eating and what i'm doing for exercise.
