How do I figure out how many calories I should be eating? I figured up my BMR but didn't know if it supposed to be less than that? Help!!

Veggie/fruit shakes
My husband and I have been making fruit/veggie shakes. Enough for us each have one at breakfast and lunch. I put in mine banana, 1/2 Apple, 1/2 orange, brocolli, kale, spinach, carrots, a few frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup blueberries. I lost 2.8 pounds the first two days then nothing. Can I eat whatever I want?
I lost 28 pounds on MFP about a year and a half ago, then Christmas hit and that was my excuse, I guess to eat. Then I started getting 44 oz coke icees every day. That didn't help anything. Everyone is talking about your BMR and TDEE. I am not understanding this. I figured my BMR but not quite sure how to know what my TDEE is and eating more or less than that.
